The Grad & Career Flock is made up of people in their 20s in various vocations, graduate school or completing professional training. The group comprises both singles and married couples. The Grad & Career Sunday Morning Teaching Fellowship meets from 9:30 to 10:30 in the Auditorium (below Sanctuary). Didi Wong is the minister to the Grad & Career Flock.

The North Flock is made up of those who live in Durham, north of The Church of the Good Shepherd and 15/501 business, including zip codes 27701, 27704, 27705, 27712, and some 27707. The North Flock Sunday Morning Teaching Fellowship meets from 9:30 to 10:30 in Room S204. Jerry Currin is the minister to the North Flock.
The South Flock is a geographical flock made up of those who live in Durham, south of The Church of the Good Shepherd and 15/501 including zip codes 27713 and some 27707. The South Flock Sunday Morning Teaching Fellowship meets from 9:30 to 10:30 in Room S212 (The "Chapel Annex") which is the north third of the fellowship hall. Bill James is the minister to the South Flock.
The East / West Flock is made up of people living east and west of The Church of the Good Shepherd. It forms a horseshoe around Durham and includes: Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Mebane and Raleigh. The East-West Flock Sunday Morning Teaching Fellowship meets from 9:30 to 10:30 in Room S202. David Bowen is the minister for the East West Flock.
