Social – The Amazing Race (2nd Annual
Grad & Career Amazing Race)

details to follow, but here are some Frequently
Asked Questions:
1.
What is the Amazing Race? A little different
than the popular TV show – it is a
scavenger hunting, clue busting, trivia
fest. Although you probably will not be
leaving the country (hey – anything
is possible!), you will be racing around
with your team trying to decipher the clues
and retrieve all the necessary info in order
to rack up the most points to win the race.
Your team will get the envelope and the
clock will start ticking……
2.
Do I have to assemble my own team? There
are several ways to get on a team…..talk
amongst yourselves and form a team (no more
than 5 per team), asked to be added to a
team when you sign up, or show up race day
and be added to a team. Last year we had
folks do all of the above and had a blast.
This is a great way to get to know folks.
3.
Do we need to sign up ahead of time? That
is preferred by Aug. 2nd, email Brenda Pun.
We need to make sure that we have enough
race materials for all the teams involved.
Don’t worry it isn’t a huge
commitment, if you cannot participate, you
can bail out at the last minute.
4.
