Leadership Training
We believe strongly in the need for all Christians
to use their gifts and follow their passions
to the end of the church being built and the
Kingdom of God expanding. We want to encourage
Christians to exercise their gifts of leadership
in various contexts in Grad & Career, at
CGS and in the larger Church. We realize that
many people are in the Triangle area for only
a period of time while they pursue education
and training. However we encourage people to
join CGS at least as Associate Members (retaining
their home church membership) and to participate
in various leadership development training events
and opportunities to exercise their gifts and
grow in their development. In this way we hope
to serve and encourage both individuals and
the broader church by encouraging and providing
a context for God’s people to develop
their gifts and gain a greater sense of their
particular calling that will result in a lifetime
of service and leadership.
