MULTI-CHURCH GOSPEL CHOIR SING: Love gospel music? Never sung gospel? Here is your opportunity! Come to Church of the Good Shepherd for rehearsals 7:00-8:30pm on May 25 & June 1 and final concert at 7:30pm on June 8. Gospel sing is sponsored by Christ Community Church. Click here for additional details.

ADULT MIXED CHOIR:  Adult choir has begun again for the spring!  Do you love to sing? Then, you qualify to join us!  Adult Choir meets in the Choir Room (Lower Level, Room L101) every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and occasionally on Sunday afternoons.  Click here to be taken to the Spring 2016 rehearsal schedule.  No audition is necessary, but if you have any questions, please contact Mary Hamilton.  To access the Choral Music Learning page, please contact Abigail Grebe.

CHILDREN’S CHOIR:  Children's Choir is in full swing!  The children meet from 4:15 until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoons in the Choir Room (Lower Level, Room L101).  Any child ages 5 - 5th Grade are welcome.  A smaller ensemble will be selected this year from the older singers and would meet for an additional 20 minutes (5:00 - 5:20 p.m.) after Children's Choir.  No need to register, just bring your child on Tuesdays at 4:15 to the choir room.

MEN'S ENSEMBLE: This group of men got off the ground last year. The men meet as a group for several Monday night rehearsals and sing at least once during each quarter. This group is by audition only and is led by Matt McClure. If you have an interest in joining, please contact Matt directly.

VOCAL SOLOISTS and PRAISE TEAM: For those who have been blessed with solo voices, there are many opportunities to utilize those gifts at the Church of the Good Shepherd: as part of a choral anthem, a prelude or sung Call to Worship, an offertory, or as a member of the praise team.  Please contact Mary Hamilton for a required audition.

INSTRUMENTAL: CGS seeks to incorporate instrumental talent of all kinds to enhance the worship services. Each week we feature a variety of instruments adding a distinctive flavor to the music. CGS is blessed with those who play string, woodwind, and brass instruments and use them to accompany the worship music.  If you are interested in joining, contact Mary.

PIANO ACCOMPANIMENT: Pianists are needed to accompany the different choirs or to play with other instrumentalists.  If you desire to help with worship through the use of your instrumental talent, please contact Mary Hamilton.

Please direct any additional questions to Mary Hamilton (mbham55@gmail.com).
