Adult Vocal Opportunities

ADULT MIXED CHOIR: The adult choir rehearses on the first Sunday of each month from 4:30-6:00 pm. The choir sings at least once a month for the 9:30 and 11:00 worship services. CD or tape recordings are made available of individual parts for each anthem in order to allow members to receive additional practice at home. The choir provides a golden opportunity for crossing over flock lines and mingling with those from other ages and stages within the CGS body. Requirements: Must be high school age and above. WOMEN'S ENSEMBLE: Women's Ensemble is open to any CGS woman high school age and older and performs periodically throughout the year. Rehearsals are twice a month and planned according to the schedules of those involved. Click here for schedule.

MEN'S A CAPPELLA GROUP: Formed several years ago by Paul Baxter and David Carson, this group performs periodically throughout the year. For further information contact Paul or David.

VOCAL SOLOISTS: For those who have been blessed with solo voices, there is opportunity to utilize those gifts on special occasions: as part of a choral anthem, as an offertory, etc. An audition is required and scheduling is subject to the soloists's schedule.
