Ross is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1986 and served in Eastern Europe for one year. After working in Business and System Engineering, he earned an M.Div. at Gordon Conwell and a Th.M. at Princeton. Ross arrived at Good Shepherd in July of 2000. Ross met his wife, Cathy, at Gordon Conwell and they were married in 1995. They have one daughter, Anabelle, who was born in South Korea while they were there teaching at a University.
